Free Trial, Introduction Lesson, Drop In and Membership Info

-All classes are all-levels, except for the White Belt-Only Class on Fridays at 5:30pm.
-Pro Training is a practice for anyone blue belt or above.

INTRODUCTION LESSON
An Introduction to Jiu Jitsu for beginners.
This is a free, 30-min semi-private lesson that is offered on Mondays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 8:30pm, Saturdays at 12pm and for women only on Sundays at 11am.

FREE TRIAL DAY
For anyone who has done Jiu Jitsu before.
Finding the Jiu Jitsu school that is the best fit for you is an important process, especially in an industry of memberships and commitments. Try us out for a whole free day, and see if we are the right school for you!

FREE STUFF
Kids are always free on their first Saturday.
Women are always free on Sundays, all day, every week.
Pro Training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are always free for anyone blue belt or above.

PRO TRAINING
Arrive on time and plan on staying the entire practice.
The rule is, if you sit out a round, you're done for the day.

VISITING FROM AWAY
The more the merrier! We love visitors.
Drop ins are $40/day during the week, $25/day on weekends, or $100 for any seven consecutive days.

Come in to discuss a membership rate for more regular training! If you think we are the best fit for you, we will do our best to accommodate your goals.
We offer discounts on memberships for friends of members, students, women, military, FDNY, law enforcement, and EMT. Groups and Family discounts are also available.

OUR UNIFORM POLICY
If you plan on wearing leggings/spats, please know that you will be required to wear shorts or pants over them.
Otherwise, wear your gear! We only ask that your gi/patches/etc don’t display any offensive language or images.
